Over summer, my best friend and I embarked on a week long sailing trip around the Turkish coast. Having done Sail Croatia a couple of years earlier, I was keen to check out how Sail Turkey compared. Here's my reflections, which I hope help you if you're torn between the two trips.
The Pros:
The Cons:
My Verdict? It depends what you're after. If partying hard every night is your thing, I'd go for Sail Croatia. If you're into more chilled out time, more swimming time, and a lot more time on the boat, go for Sail Turkey. My advice would be to do Sail Turkey. Stunning water, knowledgable crew, fun stop offs, and generally a more chilled out environment. Sail Turkey is also sightly cheaper - coming in at £486 if you book early-ish, with Sail Croatia being £549. For more, check out: https://www.topdeck.travel/tours/blue-lagoons
